Shipping & Returns Policy

Intertwine Collection utilizes USPS shipping methods for all Domestic $14.50 & International $45 orders. Please allow 1-4 business days from the receipt of payment, for your order to be processed and allow up to 5 business days following for your order to be shipped, excluding holidays.

Intertwine Collection does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Los Angeles, California. Intertwine Collection is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself and any lost or stolen packages.

Once orders are placed no changes or cancellations can be made. After the 7th day the item is considered final sale. There are NO REFUNDS! Only EXCHANGE! NO EXCEPTIONS!

International Shipping

All International customers packages may require addition processing time. Intertwine Collection is not responsible for additional fees or taxes incurred by the customers local government when importing goods. PLEASE NOTE: If any international purchases made at intertwinecollection.com is returned to Intertwine Collection headquarters due to unpaid charges. We will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply.
